So should i risk it trying. Cuz for me its now or never. Dont take my questions roughly. It will help me making a decision

We would never advise you anything like that because you would willingly and knowingly break the Immigration rules.

What was the reason for getting married? I assume it was because of the commitment to each other, otherwise what would have been the point of taking that step together? It must have meant something to the both of you at that time

“It’s been 84 years…”

- Me talking about the progress of my I-751

I came out to see if there any other option that they can find out. Cuz getting married early age was a mistake. And cant risk my future anymore. Need solution. If u cant help then its fine. Cause if i dnt get the f2b visa then i will probably have to wait 12 more years till i  get the visa. Its too late and i wont be able to work ther when i go cuz i will be old. So for me its now or never

So you’re just going to dump your wife and lie for a visa?

As long as you understand that what you want to do is fraud and carries a lifetime ban from the US if they find out - at any stage, which includes the possibility of getting your green card or naturalization revoked further down the line.

As an aside, no I don’t “understand”. You don’t get to lie and break the law just because it suits you.

Please make sure your WIFE understands she could also get a lifetime ban because you want to commit immigration fraud.

Well at age 25 he did "marry" a girl who was 14 years old according to her birth certificate and has hid that from his family and friends.

OP I suggest you stay in India and take care of that wife you have.  You can better yourself there.
