I-129F Part 3 and Part 4 - help!

Hi all, we are getting set to submit our application in a few days and are double and triple checking everything. These may seem like silly questions but: 

 

1. Part 3 Criminal Information - is this in regards to my fiancée the Petitioner or myself the Beneficiary? 

2. Part 4 Biographic Information - again is this in regards to the Petitioner or Beneficiary?

Form I-129F is primarily the initial form filled out by the petitioner starting the K1 visa process. This form initiates USCIS to start the petitioner vetting process. As such, when information is needed about the beneficiary, it will state as such. For other questions, please refer to the VJ filled-in Form I-129F example.

Both are in regards to the petitioner.
