It varies a bit by consulate and what you are using to justify your support. Not all consulates use the I-134.

Most likely you will complete the I-134 document and include supporting documents: bank statements, a letter from employer, pay stubs, the last year (or 3) of your tax returns.

It does depend on the consulate and your salary.

If you have worked at the same job for over 3 years, exceeding the minimum income, 3 years tax returns will satisfy that requirement entirely.

By the way, if you are dealing with the Embassy (Capital City), it is the Consular Section of the Embassy.

On the other hand, if you are in another major city, you are dealing with the Consular Section of the US Consulate.

People always get that wrong here. Everything is called a Consulate = Wrong and not factual.

Source? Me.

If the highlighted does not apply, please advise. Otherwise, you meet the (worldwide) Manila requirements, in terms of the I-134.

hi charlie,

as for my experience, i havent seen any link that provides a list for the documents required for the interview.

this info is can be seen in the packet 4. if you want, you can wait for that..but the as per other experiences, their packet 4 were not that prompt.

but if you want to prepare docs in advance, you can check the thread of other applicants who already had their interview.

they clearly specified in their messages the documents they provided in the embassy..

besides VJ, check these forums;

hope this will help.

goodluck!
