When logging in the CEAC, its asking for my INVOICE ID NUMBER which i do not have or NVC did not send me it.

Have you received the Welcome letter from NVC yet? If yes, then you should find the Invoice ID number provided. Please check Chart B, Visa Bulletin July 2019 to see if your case is eligible for opening now.

No I did not receive any welcome letter from NVC as that's what's what I was worrying about.

The current visa bulletin is on March 08, 2007.

So that means I should be expecting the welcome letter from NVC in about 3 months time??

Thanks by the way

You should look at chart B

B.  DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS

F3 08SEP07

As your PD passes the date in chart B, you should have received the WL by now. I suggest you contact NVC for your case status.

oh okay, i did try and called NVC directly with (603) 334-0700  but the automated operator is like "all the representatives are busy right now try again later".

so can you guide in the process if there is an alternative way to Contact NVC as soon as possible about the case status.

Here is the alternative way. It takes 10 days to 4 weeks to receive a reply from NVC. The fastest way is still calling.

All the areas with * should be correctly filled in, and in the box for typing your question just put "What is my case status?"
