Just wondering if anyone has received an appointment for an interview in Dec for a K-1 visa?

been almost 2 months and yet to receive mine.... they work so slow just to print the green card 😓

it says up to 120 days. Yeap, what takes so long to just hit the print button???

no, you can track it using your IOE number on USCIS website

what is IOE number, where to find it? On USCIS homepage, where to go? Thanks

oh, I found it and checked. But curious how accurate the status is. When I checked  I-130 case, it is really out of date. (I already in US now. LOL. 😂)

yes, have tried to contact USCIS but all thehy say is just to wait until it pass outside of normal processing times which is 120 days before contacting them again.

 

Guess just wait patiently and use the temporary i-551 when needed.

yes, waiting is the only thing we can do. My online status shows "immigration fee received". How about yours?

Hi Jesula - we just got DQ'd today for Auckland (IR1/CR1).  You might have better info now, but from everything I've seen on this site, it looks like they typically schedule/send out interview dates around the 20th of each month.  So, my guess is we'll be waiting until around Feb 20th to get an interview date.  Not sure how long the wait is now for an interview - it seems to have really varied in the last year. One person in December had their interview within three weeks after receiving the IL, but that seems pretty fast compared to others in prior months.
