Hello everyone, I am new, I would like to please tell me your experiences that time is taking the petition from citizen to wife, I am Cr1, my date of pripority is October 19 2018, but we will have 2 years of having Civil Union, that counts for us to change my category ?. What time I take the people of Ecuador. Thank you

If it's been two years since you've been married. Once your wife eventually goes through the port of entry. She will get her IR-1 visa/10 year green card.

my doubt is .. Civil Union almost 2 years and my marriage is 9 months old. Does the category change? What time is it taking to approve, I'm in the Texas office, I still do not approve, how much longer do I have to wait?
