Tram and I rarely talk on the phone. (for those of you with the ability to) You can grab a head set, a webcam, a laptop, and AIM or Yahoo messenger and have audio/video chats that are all keystroke logged (good for evidence?) and I personally find the quality of the sound better on the messengers than I do on the phone... Phone has a second or two delay when we talk which makes things very confusing. Messengers are spot on! (AND FREE) So my only phone bill is my standard $48 cell phone bill.

When are cell bills going to come down is the better question... by now it should be dirt cheap with unlimited everything... The only people that I know that still don't have Cells are walking around with bottles in their hands! It's not some new trendy thing that they need to be charging an arm and a leg for. Between gas and phone bills some of you peeps are probably burning through $500-$1000 a month or more.

I call my fiancee every day. Phone bill about $80-$90 a month....

Call from Thailand to The US... so expensive

RUKTHUR,

Check with some of the online calling card places: http://www.callingcards.com/ http://www.callingcardplus.com/?GTSE=GOGL2 http://www.callthai.net/?gclid=CKmSyvGj7YcCFRZXWAodeiqHAg http://www.thaitelephone.com/EN/Products/index.php

You can get some really good rates for calling Thailand, and you can also buy cards for your SO to call you.

Marlon and I honestly don't speak on the phone that often as it is expensive. I only call him when it is important. We text each other every couple of days. Thank God he will be here in the next couple of months but I think the June and July T-Mobile bill will be higher!

2 months ago my bill was 300 got it down to 170 :)..this month 230 i'm pissed..:) i try to use phone cards as much as possible

Even with using Yahoo Messenger we would still spend about $300 a month on phone calls. Of course when Claudeth got here she spend $2000 calling all her relatives :o I had to put a toll restriction on the phone :P Now she just buys phone cards

Thank you so much Jamie76. But I still need phone bills to bring to the embassy to show that we have to contact each other and really love each other. It is ok because my fiancee helps me for paying my phone bills.
