Definitely since my permanent address is at my mothers home I believe I have sufficient evidence to claim domicile there.  My 2018 tax return is comfortably above the requirements but since my income for 2019 is non taxable I may consider a cosponsor.

How long Spain takes to process Asylum applicants could be relevant, too long and no passport.
