K1 Approved, but barcode needed to p/u Passport?

*EDIT* Could they be referring to the DS160 Confirmation Page? That is only official document that has a barcode

My fiancée got her visa approved on Friday 6/21 and they told her she can pick up her visa but need a barcode to present to them. We were aware of choosing the PICK UP option but never got anything like this during the interview scheduling process. It should be straightforward, she has already been approved what more can they ask of the girl a blood sample? Has anyone else encountered this?
