Biometrics letter not arrived?

I hope you have better luck than me.   I did 4 requests and only the final one, which was from tier 2, got any action

Just received my biometrics appointment today 18 days after I filed my second service request with Tier 1. Appointment date is 09/09/19. Thank gosh!!

update!!! i filed may 17 and finally got my biometrics appointment. i ended up putting in two service requests, called 3 times, but what got me the appointment was contacting my congressman! He emailed me this morning with the good news that my biometrics was scheduled!

Finally got my letter 100ish days after first receipt notice. Did my walk in early at the Lubbock ASC, they had no issue with me going before the appointment date.

How busy was the ASC?  When we had our biometrics in st. Paul we were the only ones there

Fairly busy. In and out in just over an hour.

My pd is may 15, after one service request with tier 1 on July 11 which they replied after 30 days saying my case was still undergoing the normal pre-processing steps

I did get a courtesy letter 2 days ago for my I-693 which gave me some hope that something is going to happen soon.......Biometrics appointment finally came today
