After a little over 14 months, 2 EADs and a bunch of worrying about the whole process, I can finaly say I'm done with USCIS...well, at least for the next 21 months (gotta remove those conditions :P ).

On march 13th we had our interview scheduled @ 11AM...we got there about 10:30 and were called in 11:50.

After swearing us in and checking our driver's licenses, the officer asked us how we met and to talk about what happened since then. He then asked to look at some of the proof we brought (Tax returns, Bank Statements, Insurance Policies, Credit Cards, etc) and to look @ our photo albums (we had 3 full size ones).

He asked my wife to name the people in the albums (specially the wedding one) and said that he was going to approve our petition and stamped my passport.

You see? There's hope for us in Florida (Miami)

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
