Approved K-1 VISA Mysterious Barcode Req for P/U?

Great news! My fiancee's VISA was approved today! She gave the US Russian Embassy  her passport and they told her she needs a form with a barcode on it in order to pick it up. I did not get anything like that during the sign up process for Scheduling the Interview at https://cgifederal.secure.force.com\

Does anyone know what they are talking about? You'd think that your birth certificate or domestic ID would be enough to pick up the passport...
