Omg I've booked my interview for the 12th July. I'm overwhelmed, emotional and excited. I'm a big ball of mess lol I just wanna thank everyone who has helped me with my annoying questions and reassured me. I'm finally near the end of this long process.

My status still says in transit but when I logged on to the usvisa website it let me book my interview. I was in shock at first and couldn't believe it let me book my interview so I'm guessing my case was ready to book. Because before it didn't let me. I paid £19 for the courier service to get my passport sent back to my home address after. Fingers crossed it's a straight forward process. My medical is booked for the 1st July. I gave myself 2 weeks in between so the medical results can get to the embassy.
