Mine is in Jerusalem and I spoke to them 3 times and they checked my file and gave me the same answer, they still have my passport at the embassy and they will contact me when it's issued, that's about it.

The 19th april.but we submitted papers on the 25th so I have been counting since.and mine is ir1 I don't know if that makes a difference been a 10 years green card

Ya makes sense to count from then, we just have to be patient, at least our cases update that means someone is working on them, other people I read about don't even have any updates since they had their interview
