That's the same white slip I got, but mine was for joint sponsor and Medical bills but the admin processing wasn't ticked on mine... The consular officer told me after I send this docs, they'll review and ask for my passport but my case still says ready since June 7 I had my interview.... My friend got the same letter as well and he submitted what they asked for the same day, 3days after he was called to submit his passport for visa issuance... I believe you r good, just send what they want

Never panic they will give us all the visa,I went for my k1visa too that was May 10 2019 in Lagos,I was given white slip 221g, the consular didn't ask for additional documents, since my interview the consular just ticket the   administrative processing in the white slip 221g,but every time I checked my status from ceac, it show ready its never still changed nonthing

Agreed - the reason for AP varies from case to case. Some is for further review of the evidence. Sometimes they request more documents. Sometimes it's due to background checks.

Keep checking in with the embassy. The petitioner can also reach out to their local senior senator for their state to make an inquiry.

How long did it take before they got back to you after you submitted the documents requested for?

UPDATE!!!

I just checked our case on the ceac tracker and it changed to 'Administrative Processing'....is this a good or bad sign??

Same happened to me. Once u send requested documents, they will tell u to send your passport. Just update us on the outcome after sending your documents
