Hello!

I'm hoping to have my K1 visa interview in July and can't seem to figure out what documents my fiancé (the petitioner) needs to physically/electronically send me from the US.

Do I need his addafit of support form with a wet signature or is it fine for him to scan it, and I bring a scanned copy? I can't seem to find this info anywhere.

Same with his tax returns?

Also, do I need the original letters sent during this process? I'd rather not risk them being lost in the mail.

Thanks in advance for your help! :)

I-864 can be a photocopy.  They don't require an original.  Tax copies are absolutely fine.  Original letters are likely preferred, but just like the I 864, you should be fine with unaltered versions of these documents., Since they are letters and not required documents like birth certificates and marriage divorce papers.

most consulates accept scanned / printed copies of the 134 and the new letter to intent to marry. printed tax transcripts are fine too

all your documents must be original (birth certificate, police certificates, divorce decree if applicable, etc)

Your US fiancé only needs to send you the I-134 affidavit of support and proof of his income for your K1 interview in London. An actual signed form is always best practice, however London has accepted scanned I-134's before.

No proof of relationship, photos, chat logs, engagement rings, etc.

No copy of petition

No copy of NOA1 or 2

No new letter of intent unless you plan to stall around and delay your interview until late September (longer than four months after your NOA2 date)

Here is their website list of interview documents for a fiancé https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/required-documents/
