Good Morning, we are currently stationed in Germany and i was wondering if anybody could tell me where I have to send my ROC application to? Would that be the USCIS Office here in Germany or the one that is close to my home of record in the US?

Thank you!

Click on "Where to file" tab and you can check which service centre takes petitions from your home state.

You don't send anything to German address.

Don't forget to include biometric card (to that on your base). Biometric fee needs to be included also (even though you won't have an actual biometric appointment).

edit: Not sure if you already did it, but make sure that you submit the change of address form also, showing your new residence in Germany.  https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do

Also make sure to mark "military orders" tab on there.
