how to work with nvc and how to genarate bills

hi everybody

my case assigned in nvc on 15th May 2007 we didnt get any paper to nvc to give us our case number or tell us that our case assigned we only got our case number throgh phone auto machine when we called to nvc auto machine give us our case number and tell us to allow 6-8 weeks to get papers into embassy. so i need to know is i receive any paper to nvc tell us that nvc assigned our case? and i want to know how to genarate aos bills nvc will send the insturction or we should need to get these bills and from where? plz if anyone can tell me how to work with NVC...thanks
