That was about 5 years ago, She is now a US Citizen and they had their first child a few months ago

Hi what fighting that means? He was fighting with immigration officer or fighting with other people and got charged? Actually i am leaving to US this coming saturday and my fiance had a criminal history too but we declared that into our petition. I am so worried now and nervous😟😟😟

Fighting with other people, she traveled alone to USA.  I wouldn't be worried.  I am not a fan of Los Angeles Airport either.

 

Don't be worried or nervous, The immigration people who work at the airport are usually half informed and pretty dumb on immigration and the process, or at least the ones I have dealt with in the past.
