Hello ,

i am still waiting for my NOA2 ( NSC) but with my husband we start to put in the side all the paperworks we need for NVC/ Embassy  ( Paris ) stage .

I realized months ago when I was reorganizing all my paperwork’s that I lost my «  military records » .

to me it’s not a real one because it was just one day . In France it’s is the JAPD .

I lost this certificate and in France after 25 years old you have no more obligation to provide this certificate to pass an exam or your driver license .

so i have no possibility to have any duplicata and I already contacted the military  base  where I had it , my high school , college etc to who I give this paper to pass my exam but nobody have nothing and the answer is always « you don’t need it after 25 »

i explained that I need it for my visa but the answer is still the same .

without this piece of paper could I be denied ??

After such a long wait at NSC I will not « survive to that »..

thank you for your help .

Could everyone here have a good day 😊

Explain that in a letter to NVC. Scan it and upload it to CEAC if prompted.

First,  thank you you very much for your answer 🙏

sadly I am not at that stage yet ..

i did à last try tonight and I emailed the military records of my region (Nice) explaining again the situation . I will see what they say .

If it’s negative I will do what you advise me praying for NVC to be comprehensive.

Thank you again for your help
