Agreed. Was just making sure that the OP understood that I864 was a required form for the AOS package as they only mentioned the other three. And yes, there is no fee for USCIS to review the I864 form during K1 AOS, only for consular processed Spousal visas where the NVC is paid to preview it before the embassy interview. NVC money grab if you ask me. 🤷‍♀️
