So uh, a month ago i received a notice I-751 to remove conditionality from my GC... a year ahead of schedule, cuz turns out they put the wrong expiration date on my GC. That's a bit besides the point tho:

I have filled an I-90, packed my GC in it as per website direction and I have sent everything on june 10th. They (supposendly, according to USPS) received my package on june 13th.

I also have sent a G-1145 to get notified of when my case gets accepted, but still haven't heard anything from them yet! Should i be worried or is it within the normal operation times? Like, i have the terror that my package got lost or something (since it has my GC in it. But USPS tracking confirms its been successfully delivered to the lockbox so...), and given that my AoS application was accepted in not even 3 days...

So you are married less than a year, and your (conditional) Green Card  has an expiration date on it that is only 1 year after the issue date?

If so, that's indeed a nasty mistake, and I wonder why you never had a closer look at your Green Card in all this time.

Anyway, I-90s take quite a while these days, so you'll need to have patience. It's also possible that you'll receive the card back with instructions to file an I-751 instead. Of course, you can't do that, so you'll call the USCIS hotline, and try to explain to them that they screwed up. That most likely will also get you nowhere, so eventually you'll make an Infopass appointment and regretfully have to say that you mailed out your Green Card. Not much you can do at this point than sit back and hope for the best . . .

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic . . . . There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

Thanks. I'm honestly just wondering if it's normal to take this long to receive an E-notification lol. Cuz USPS confirmed the delivery, and i'm more like worried of my original greencard being out there in the open.

About the mistake and noticing, lets say that between a few months trip back home, coming back to the US and dealing with deaths in both families, I had other things going thru my head to be completely honest ^^;
