Looks to me like you have covered the burden of proof to show you guys live in marital Union 👍. I too used the cover letter to explain some “deficiencies” we had.

Good luck, and welcome to the loooooong wait :)

I have a couple of questions tho. My wife is on medicaid before i even came into the states and that was my explanation for why we don’t have a joint health insurance because it’s funded by the state and fed gov. Would this be cause a lroblem for me ?!

the second question is that, would car registration be sufficient or should I include titles as well?!

For her healthcare, it shouldn’t be a problem.  USC can have gov benefits, it’s the LPR who cannot.

If you have titles in both names - send them.  To me, that’s better than the registration, because the title is the ownership, showing the vehicle(s) are a jointly-owned asset :)

Yes, that’s fine bc you put in your cover letter that the other car was a gift.  :)

should i include a copy of my wife's medicaid insurance card to show evidence of telling the truth ? should i also attach a copy of my health insurance card to show that i'm on a plan by myself ?

I wouldn’t.  If you explained the health insurance in the cover letter, that’s fine, you can bring that stuff to the interview.

Utility bills- no.  I didn’t include any bills bc I didn’t feel they were strong evidence.  You can send a few to demonstrate shared address/liability, but not vital to send all, as they are secondary evidence, especially because you have some other really good evidence.

I did send every bank/credit statement though.  I don’t know if you need to.  Some send quarterly, but got requests for more, so I sent all to hopefully avoid that.
