Us embassy ghana approved my request to expedite my case

I was sent sn email by nvc that my request for my case to be expedited has been approved,that was on 2 weeks ago but i havent heard from them yet

OP, NVC should have immediately sent your case to the USEM.

Yes they sent it .but still have not heard from them.and its already 3 weeks

What does your status from the link I provided say? If it's left NVC then you won't hear from NVC again. It's all on the embassy now and you to schedule your own interview date.

I heard back from London Embassy after 6days after my expedite request was approved, but I have already scheduled my interview and medical before they sent letter to my address. I heard that some embassy never contact visa applicant after expedite approval. So go ahead schedule your medical and interview you have nothing to lose.

My status at ceac says my case is ready and sent to the local us embassy so they will contact me but like i said i haven't heard from them .i have called them severally to ask about it and tbey keep telling me to stay by my emails
