Yes she did file I-129F. I guess she should write that in there

Thats what I am planning on doing as well. And I am putting for the date submitted 05/09/2007, the date I mailed the I-129F.

this is one of the forms where the "example forms" section on VJ helped a lot - especially since the I-134 isn't made solely for K visa filings. it has some questions that make sense only for other sorts of visas (like students, etc). check out that example form - it might make the whole thing make more sense for you.

Daisy,

Be careful about relying too much on example forms.

- they may be based on circumstances other than one's own

- they may contain incorrect information (do you know who provided them and that person's qualificatons?)

Luckily, many of the items that people worry most about do not apply to the situation at hand, as you say, or what the 'correct' answer is will be is obvious to a USCIS or consular officer and so they simply make the correction. But example forms can be dangerous if used blindly in lieu of understanding what one is doing when it comes to an item that does matter.
