Affidavit of support form I-864

Hi everyone, my husband and I are currently at the nvc stage for  cr1/ Ir1 And I'm wondering if I, the beneficiary is to submit form i-864(affidavit of support form)including other supporting documents after my husband fills them. Or does he just fill form i-864 and submit it himself. Much thanks!

The petitioner fills out the form and it is usually uploaded to CEAC for review.

So after the petitioner fills the form, who submits it? Petitioner or Beneficiary?
