Good day everyone.

 

In making the K-1 Cover Letter, can we also include the name of the minor child of the Fiance/e?

Most of the cover letter templates/samples online only indicate the K-1.

Because the i129f petition is for the fiancee.  The k2 is a derivative benefit and doesn't require a separate petition

No reason to include the name of the minor child in the letter.    Cover letter is to list the documents included in the package

 

Child needs to be listed on the I-129F .. that is all.
