Hi folks!

So I've completed my biometrics on June 5th (applied for AOS/EAD/AP on May the 2nd) and I'm wondering if anyone could advise on how to expedite the process for AP? I've gone through USCIS website and lots of posts saying it can be expedited only if you have a very good reason / emergency however I've seen some people saying others were approved only to go on the honeymoon. I don't have any emergency / humanitarian reasons / financial loss however the best friends of mine are getting married on August 17th and I would love to be there to celebrate with them. We've known each other since we've been kids and it's important both for me and them. I understand this is probably not going to be sufficient to apply, the only proofs I have are wedding invitation and their church reservation, both in Polish. Would have to translate it to English. Any recommendations or ideas how to expedite the process?

You can request emergency travel if warranted. ....but not for a honeymoon......or a wedding....

You can request an expedite. Unless there is an actually need meeting the expedite criteria, I would not anticipate receiving an expedite.

At some point, the time for expedites will take as long as those without it...

I am a firm believer in expediting and yes this seems a long shot but I have seen some weird ones. Now whether the truth has been told, well who knows.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
