Im a k-1 visa holder currently here in the USA and justgot married. Me and my husband are about to file Adjustment of Status.

We are confused if we really need to submit i-131 form since i dont have plan to return to my country or visit any other countries yet.

Im confused if i should i put something on part 3 (processing information) 1 and 2 and 3.a? and part 4? (information about your travel)

I strongly advise you to file the I-131......It costs nothing if filed with the I-485.....Others have failed to submit the I-131, but regretted that decision later......just do it, imo.

You do not have to indicate firm travel plans.....

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

It costs nothing if filed with your AOS, and given the ever increasing times for GC approval, it would be silly NOT to do it. You never know when you may want or need to make a trip home

Is it okay if i don't put anything on Part 3, 4, 5, and 7? and just answer the basic questions?

I believe most people treat this form as "better have it and not need it than need it, and not have it" There are no additional documents that need to be included with it, just an extra copy of some basic ones, and no fee to file. You do not need to put specific travel days, or anything like that.
