Problem accessing DS 160

Hello everyone! This is my first time posting on this forum.

I recently started filling out the DS 160 form on the CEAC website. I accessed it using the recommended browser, Mozilla Firefox. I have been having trouble both with moving to the second page of the application, and with retrieving my application. When I click on the Next Page button, the webpage would say that my session has timed out. And when I would try to retrieve my application using the application ID and the requested information, it would tell me that the data does not match the ID number. Has anyone come across this problem before? Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I've heard people have better results with Chrome.  Definitely switch browsers if this happens to you.

There are numerous VJ threads speaking the praises of using Chrome to fill out the immigration forms. A simple forum Google search would likely reveal many of those threads. ;)

Good luck on your immigration journey.

I had the same problem, using different browsers. I just created a new DS-160, and everything is working perfect now. I'm using google chrome now whenever I'm working on the DS-160.
