Mom is USC and she petitioned me May 2018

Request of evidence recieved by USCIS June 3, 2018.

 

Anybody here knows how long is the processing? When is my case become current? When is the NOA2?

I am 39 yo and single with 2kids. Mom filed as as a family. How long is the waiting period for visa?

What country are you from? If you are from Philippines then it is a way longer wait.

Kids are 8 and 6 now

They're going to be tight - cases are not processed at a 1:1 ration and backlogs are getting longer not shorter.

 

I would be surprised if your children are able to accompany you when you finally get a visa to be honest.

Yes its a looooooooooong wait. 

My hubby was petitioned under F2B before and it took 10 years. Stay single!
