Congrats....but your timeline says you filed in March of '07? Why did it take 3 years?

Its my second time apply,i was denied bcs of incomplete vaccination sheet ! last year after 2 years waiting period.

They denied you without sending a RFE????? most unusal.... they normaly ask you to send the information and then if you fail to reply they deny you...

actually i assumed they've lost the vac. sheet ,i resent it and they denied it easily even after i request for "motion to reopen".anyway i got it now.Good luck everybody.

03/29/2007 Got letter from USCIS to provide evidence that our marriage is bona fide

04/02/2007 Sent to USCIS lots of evidence

05/03/2007 I have an unofficial "PETITION APPROVED" ...waiting for confirmation from Consulate

05/07/2007 Received email from USCIS ROME confirming that our petition was approved (why Rome? because we complained to the District Office Rome about the Sub-Office Frankfurt..it took too long for our petition to be approved)...now waiting for the interview letter from the Consulate

05/18/2007 E-mail from IV Frankfurt, our interview was scheduled for May 29th

I just have a question to ask, did you have an interview before you got this approval?? And if you did, will they inform you the decision during the interview or you will have to wait for the email/mail notice?
