Immunization record

Hi everyone,

 

This is a bit of a off topic question I am hoping to get some help with. I immigrated to the US in 2016 on a k1 visa. In that process I remember having to get vaccines/showing proof of immunizations etc..

 

I am now a pr and I require proof of my immunization records for a masters program I have applied for.

 

i am having trouble obtaining this information from my home country of Australia but I am hopeful that this I formation may be available through my records with uscis. Does anyone have any idea if there is a way that I can get the immunization records I completed when I applied for the visa either through uscis or perhaps online?

 

I am sorry for the non immigration related questions but I am stuck and would really appreciate the help.

You can try to contact the place where you had the medical done when immigrating to see if they have a copy. They might. This is probably a med clinic you went to in Australia before the interview at the Embassy. If that doesnt work then you can try to request your case file docs through freedom of info act but that can take many months if not 1yr or more. Didnt you have a primary care doctor before? They can not help you?

I can’t locate the copies unfortunately. Thanks for the advice I will try to contact the center I did my medical at

A good lesson for everyone to not only make paper copies, but SCAN EVERYTHING and keep a digital copy in the cloud that you can access anytime from anywhere.
