Cr1 expedite from NVC to US EMBASSY time frame?

Hello I've been trying to find an estimate on how long this part will take. From arrival to embassy to scheduling interview. I received this email early hours Saturday morning. I know they don't work weekends. My case status still says submit documents. But that was done and all accepted over 4 weeks ago except one. Which was re submitted 2 weeks ago. I've read people's posts to try and get an estimated idea, But all the posts I've seen have shown emails saying it would take 2 weeks to get to the embassy. Mine don't say anything about how long it's going to take. Thank you for the help.

I replied to you yesterday (Saturday) with a lengthy explanation. Did you not believe me when I said:

"If you already have the medical booked, then go find an interview date right now."

Did you read the rest of the thread? I thought it had helpful information like step by step how to book it.

Also said:

"Start a new thread in the UK forum if you have any trouble with the specifics of the booking process."

That's where you will find London experiences and helpful info.

I did read what you said. And thanked you for the information. But I'm asking how long it will take my case to get to the embassy! I can't book an interview date yet because my case status still says "submit requested documents" and on the London embassy website it says I can't book an interview because my case isn't ready. I've had no letters or emails from them yet!

So you created an account on the site and chose “I have received a letter from the consular section with instructions to schedule an immigrant visa appointment”;

And it wouldn't let you book the appointment?

Transit from NVC to the embassy is about 4 days but I don't think arrival is going to solve your problem. You end up in "no man's land" when you expedite part way through NVC
