Hi, I would you like to ask a few questions regarding about marriage green card. I’m from Indonesia, I will marry US green card holder.  Can he able to bring me to US? If yes, where can we have our legal or office marrige? Can we do in US?

my humble request to answer my questions

thanks in advance..

You can marry her but it will take 2 plus years to to come to the US since she is a LPR.  If she was a citizen it would take over a year.

After marriage,  it will take 2+ years after petition before you can relocate

YMMV

Do you already have a tourist visa for the US? You can marry in the US with a tourist Visa but you must leave the US before the I-94 expires.

Yes. You'll wait outside the US about 2 years. Look up "F2A" process.

I’ll visit him to US in tourist visa, but can we do our legal office marriage/court marriage in US first as he is green card holder?

His immigrant status is not important for the getting married part. He needs to be free to marry.

“It’s been 84 years…”

- Me talking about the progress of my I-751

So, can we have our court marriage/register office marriage in US once i arrive there? If yes, after the marriage can we apply for my green card or before we have our legal office marriage in us first? Because, we will have our religious function/temple marriage after we have our office marriage there..

If you have a valid tourist visa, you can come to the US to marry here.  You cannot adjust status through marriage to an LPR while in the US.  You will have to return to your country for the spousal visa petition process, which as others have mentioned, will take about two years.

It does not matter what ceremony you have, as long as the petition is filed after you are legally married.

FYI F2A is at present current for all, so it wouldn’t be two years, but presumably about as long as for a usc spouse. Of course that might well change again by the time OP marries/gets sponsored.

He is a green card holder, haven’t be a citizen. How long time will it take?

What is the difference between June and July bulletin dates? Is "July" considered the current month?

The time it takes, changes. Usually it is about two years for spouse of green card holder. Right now it is much faster but the current situation won’t be permanent.  Somewhere in the guides you were referred to it should explain about priority dates and how to read the visa bulletin.

If you’re going to be pedantic, starting in two weeks all F2A petitions are current...

of course anyone interviewing right now has already been scheduled a while. They can start scheduling for July now, if embassies have capacity. Yes?

so technically not current yet

But for all practical purposes ....

You can get married in the US.  If you do why would you marry again in Indonesia?  The US will recognize a marriage in Indo, and Indo in the US, but your only date of marriage is the first one.

It will be 1-2 years before the application is approved and you can permanently come to the US.

Idle question?  Was his green card obtained through marriage to USC?
