Interview appointment date fixed only for one of parents

My son (US Citizen) filed petition for both parents with two different files (as requested). The  appointment for interview has been notified from NVC  (fixed on July 24) only to me, the wife, after 6 weeks from documents approval. What can we do: wait for another email with the appointment for my husband? And what happen if it is in a different day? Can we ask to go on same day?

Wow congrats on your notices on ur interview. You are to go alone ur husband we get his own

Send NVC an email to expedite the other one so u can have same day interview. It happened to my parents too but I emailed them and their interview was scheduled the for same day in 24hrs. Good luck
