Her reasoning was that SHE wanted to be able to see when the checks cleared, and didn't want to rely on me to relay that information to her. At first I was skeptical because I'm a bit of a control freak, but she ended up being very on-top-of everything, so I was able to relax.

Nice to hear that there are good attorneys out there......you know some of us have not had good experiences...LOL

She may have had other reasons, like the one you mention. That would make sense, as that may gave happened to her in the past.

Just a follow up...happy to say that exactly 7 days 12:22 am I got my E-Notification Notice via text message for my I130, I485,I131 and I765.

The notice said they accepted my fee for fingerprint and mailed me a reciept notice. The funds for each application was withdrew from my account  on June 19, 2019.

Question will the reciept notice say whether or not they accept/approve my application? If not the receipt when will I actually know that my AOS is approved.

Would greatly appreciate a response.

Acceptance is not approval.   A decision will likely not be for a year or more and not until you have an interview

YMMV

At this early stage acceptance is what I a enquiring about. When will I know they accept my case and will continue to process. Is there a separate letter for that or the receipt notice will state that?

It's been accepted.  Your SMS message is electronic notification of acceptance.   Paper copy via mail in a week or so.

Good Day Payxibka,

So I went for my Biometrics on July 12, 2019. What I don't understand is that I created an online profile with USCIS, and also register to get emails and texts notifications. However I got my Biometrics letter in the mail but my profile didn't state that they sent me that letter and after doing the biometrics my profile has not being updated from the intial update when the received my applications. Should my profile be updated with my Biometrics details, or what the next update I should expect?

There is no online update notice between "Finger Print Fee Accepted " and either "Your case ready to schedule an interview" or "Notice sent for additional evidence"

Its not for a visa. I am here in the US and my husband filed the I130 for alien relative petition. And I filed the AOS I485. I wanted to know the documents reached into the office of USCIS last Wednesday June 12. How long will I hear from them to hear they recieve the documents as I also file the E notification or to get my reciept number to track my filing.

Hi, what filing category did you use to file the I 765? I am reading the instructions and can't seem to find it. My husband filed an I-130 for me as well and I am filing the I 485 and the I 765 concurrently.
