ROC evidence since coming to the USA? or from the very beginning of marriage?

Hi, 

 

getting ready to send my ROC packet soon. We got married in 2016 abroad and my husband lived in my country with me until I got approved for the CR-1 visa and I entered the US as a legal permanent resident in September of 2017. 

 

Since we already sent proof of bona fide marriage in the CR1 process, do we know only send it whatever evidence we have gathered SINCE MOVING here (Since September 2017) ? Or from the very beginning of the marriage even though we already did that in the last process. Can anyone help?

As @mindthegap mentioned, send in evidence that has been generated since gaining permanent residency, which for you would be when you entered the country.

How would that look like for someone like me who entered on the K1 visa in January 2017, got married in February 2017 and got the Green Card in March 2018?

 

I have started collecting since we got married.

Evidence of the Relationship

Submit copies of documents indicating that the marriage upon which you were granted conditional status was entered in “good faith” and was not for the purpose of circumventing immigration laws.  Submit copies of as many documents as you can to establish this fact, to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date, and to demonstrate any circumstances surrounding the end of the relationship, if it has ended.

I assume you submitted some evidence of a bonafide marriage at the time of the AOS.  You can submit additional evidence as well as the evidence you already submitted at the AOS when ROC comes around.  The best piece of advice we received back when we were in that stage was to start a file and keep any relevant relationship evidence in it so when the ROC comes around it should be a breeze.

All I submitted at that time was the marriage certificate. No additional evidence.

I started collecting evidence from the day we got married until now which was REALLY helpful.
