Interview Preparation: Transcripts

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone that has had an interview in Cuidad Juarez took their tax returns instead of the transcripts and was approved. I am unable to print my 

tax transcripts since my tax returns are still being processed due to missing form I-8962. I have prepared a co-sponsor packet as well but was wondering if I need a 

letter indicating the relationship of my co-sponsor and fiancee.

Use your paper copy of your tax form and if needed explain at the interview. And no you do not need a letter explaining the relationship with the cosponsor.

You can bring tax returns, but must also bring any additional forms you filed, w2's, and any 1099's you had for the tax years you submitted.  The consulates prefer transcripts since they are easy to read and have all the relevant required information,but copies of returns are OK too.

Evidence of financial support. The petitioner can provide a letter from current job, recent payroll receipts, recent tax returns, and (Form I-134)
