The visa bulletin is out, and it shows that the Application Final Action date is Current for the F2A category. However, the Date for Filing date for F2A is 8 March 2019.

For AOS cases such as ours (Green card holder wife, F-1 citizen husband with priority date of 15 May 2019) - should we look at the Final Action Date or Date for Filing.

I hope we can use the Final Action Date cuz it'll be current in July.

Filed: AOS (apr) Country: Germany

You have a priority date. Everyone who is current in Chart B can file AOS. Everyone who already filed AOS should look at Final Action Date. I had to wait for this chart to be current in order to get a GC. I had my interview last year in November but my date wasn't current in Chart A yet, so the officer couldn't approve me right away. Just received my approval letter. My PD became current in May.
