I am in the situation. It's been almost 3 months, and no one seems to know. I keep getting the same standard emails from NVC, and USCIS is not providing a solution.

Do you guys have any updates regarding your case?

Same here. We try to contact USCIS and they told us to send email on nvcresearch but until now no response.

Just talked to NVC and they said exactly as it says from the email, that they are currently working on locating the approved petition.

She did say tho that we can ask NVC to recreate our petition since they take copies of everything.

We called USCIS and was just told the standard reply that it can take up to 90 days before they can do anything, if they still havent received it yet.

This is just the worst thing....

My employer's attorney is the one doing the follow up.. But until now no result yet. I was thinking of doing it myself now and search my case through NVC or perhaps call them however I am worried that I am going to bypass the attorney and would just create some conflicts.. any advice or suggestion base on your experiences guys? It would be appreciated.. This is really depressing...

I have applied myself without any attorneys and was wondering if getting an attorney involved would speed up the process...

I got same automated response from nvcresearch..so frustrating! Its 90 days already since my petition was approved.

I received a message in highlighted color yelow it says reissued june 2019.What does it mean?

So i am only guessing.

But when we called the NVC the supervisor told us that USCIS takes copies of all the documents sent to them.

So in case that it went missing, they could recreate the case/petition.

So i am just guessing, but i think that means that they recreated your case at the USCIS and is now sending it to the NVC.

Similar situation. 8 weeks have passed since our petition was approved and I sent off an email w/the approval notice to NVCResearch - they replied a week later confirming that they  had no record of received this petition, and that they'd reach out to USCIS. Our I-130 was approved at a field office, and I was able to get an InfoPass last week. Of course, it turned out to be useless since they just told me the petition was sent to NVC immediately after its approval, and that I should just wait another month. So frustrated right now 😭

Wow. It probably would've been faster just to refile and hope the second one didn't get lost. Can you reach out to your local congressman about this ?

Yeah i am in the same boat as you.

We have been calling and asking if there have been any update, but noting is happening and they just tell us to keep waiting.

July 31st is the day where we can call, and for what i have heard, they will actually recreate your case, since the USCIS takes copies of all the cases.

And then they will send it again to NVC.
