I am currently in the middle of assembling my i-485 packpage, I've read the instructions and a lot what people have said but I still have questions.

I want to pack each form where applicable separately into their own packets, roughly like so.

I would put Check and G-1145 on top of these 3 folders:

Folder I-485 including:

all requirements and evidence where needed
i-864 and It's requirements
i-693

Folder i-130 including:

required evidence and evidence of legit marriage

i-130A and It's requirements

Folder i-769 Including:

all It's requirements

Don't focus on requirements I missed, I am not doing full Cover Letter yet. Would this be okay, to separate forms into their own folders like this? I am especially not sure about including I-864 and I-693 separately or in I-485 folder.

It looks good. I sent them together in the same packet but had separate manila folders for each. I485 [included DS5535 in this folder (I693 in your case)], I864, I765, and I131.  I assume you are adjusting from a visa other than a fiance one so you can make an extra folder for the I130.

Thanks for reply. That's reassuring. I might separate them even more then as per your example. I-485(including I-693), I-864, I-130(including I-130A) and I-765 in separated manila folders.

And yeah, I am adjusting from non immigrant visa waiver program which I overstayed because I married my husband.

Ahh gotcha.

It will help if you join in on the June AOS filers thread so you can follow along the process with other June filers and get updates or help on information you may need to gather for your interview etc..

*this one is for K1 filers but you can find helpful guidance there also*

or here is another link to those AOS-ing from tourist or student visas

Oh, I had no idea that's a thing. I'll post there my proposed Cover Letter in few days once I have it complete. Thanks again :)
