did you get the "welcome to the US letter"  after the interview?

green card will come in about a month /maybe little longer

the SS # and card should come soon if you checked the box on the ds 260 to have USCIS do the paperwork

otherwise,  is up to you to go to SS office and apply

Thanks for your response. I did not receive anything other than my passport back after they processed me. Is that weird?

I just arrived at the POE yesterday and my visa was processed successfully. But all I received was my passport back with a stamp. I wasn't given any documents or told anything on my status.

How do I go about checking my green card delivery or the status of it?

Your status is stamped in your passport

Did you pay the immigrant fee already?

Yes, but is there any way of checking if they have sent the green card yet and the tracking number for it?

According to this website https://www.uscis.gov/greencard , it says

"1: Sign up for a Case Status Online account to get automatic case updates, including your U.S. Postal Service (USPS) tracking number when we mail your card or travel document."

But I tried the LIN number under the I-797 that i received the last time, and it's just telling me old information from the very past (when the cast was forwarded to the Department of State).

You entered yesterday,  it hasn't been produced yet.  Might take a couple weeks.  Your i551 stamp in your passport acts as your temporary card

YMMV

The tracking number should be an IOE number based on when you or your spouse submitted the electronic payment and application for the new immigrant fee, not the old LIN number from the initial petition. At least if it's been paid for via the site: https://my.uscis.gov/uscis-immigrant-fee/ Also if you had just entered it can take up to 120 days before they produce the card and until then it's too soon to make an inquiry. The case number for the green card should be with the receipt of payment for it.
