Hi everyone, in this I-129F packet I don't know how to answer this question. 
I am an American citizen and was born in the United States, I tried googling these two terms and I couldn't find a proper, clear definition. 

Would I check off yes or no for this question? I checked off no because I was born in the United States

It would be a no. The certificates usually apply to people who naturalize or get citizenship through a US Citizen parent.
