Hello -

I'm gathering all the information for the 129F petition. My question is: Should I have the pictures sent to Walgreens with the explanation on the back or can I print them off Microsoft Word with the explanation next to it? I don't want to receive an RFE regarding pictures if they're not printed correctly.

Thank you in advance!

As long as they can view them, it's fine. There's no right or wrong way to provide supporting documentation (other than forgery and such, obviously).

Just be aware that photographs are secondary evidence. Putting a verifiable date & location on a photo is nearly impossible. Primary evidence of meeting would be things like passport stamps, receipt, boarding passes, etc.

Thank you in advance!

We just printed out a dozen or so photos onto regular copy paper using a color laser printer.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Thank you so much!  Regarding "boarding passes"... with today's technology, I always had my boarding pass in the iPhone wallet app. Would confirmation emails from the airline with the passport stamps suffice?

Confirmation emails only show you booked a flight, not that you got on it.

The passport stamps are great, though.

Thank you! I will see if I took a screenshot of boarding passes but I doubt it. I'll utilize the stamps with each trip description.

This would only happen if the required 2x2 passport style pics were not done correctly.

There is no requirement to provide snapshots as "evidence" with the petition, so there are no "guidelines" for how they should be printed if someone chooses to send them.  They are secondary anyway.  Passport stamps are your best bet.

Printed couple of photos per page labeled with dates and people included when it wasn't just the two of us. I included my airline confirmation emails because I also did not have paper boarding passes, my passport pages with entrance stamps and a few pages of chat logs over the 2 year period when discussed time of airport pickup, our reservations and the "I got home safely" check-in chats. Maybe overkill but I think taken together it shows that we clearly met in person.
