Hi Everyone,

First and foremost I would like to thank everyone here on this site for all the guides and tips on getting my Fiancée processed all the way to the interview.  She just successfully completed her K1 interview and just waiting for her passport to get the visa J.  Now the question…  When we applied for the I-129F for my fiancé we also included her son in the application as part of the K2 process.  However, her son is in Philippines while my fiancé works in Taiwan and we processed her interview in the Taiwan US Consulate.  We were thinking we can do her son’s (4 years old) interview at a later time in Philippines.  So after my Fiancee’s interview, she asked the interviewer if her son can do a follow-up interview in the Philippines U.S. embassy and she was told that they don’t forward the application to a different embassy we will have to contact USCIS.  We were hoping my Fiancee can travel back to Philippines and process his paperwork so they can travel together in the United States.  It is very hard to contact someone from USCIS so I wanted to try here first.  Does this mean we have to make another separate application for him as a step son visa?  Please advise.

P.S.  I did try to search the forum and did not find any useful information.

Randy
