Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I thought I’d check in with USCIS in relation to my last post, since it is now the end of the working week.
 

The agent I spoke with advised that the last agent gave me incorrect information and that the ASCs schedule the appointments and there no timeframes or deadlines and will just need to wait

As a heads up, I got my Informed Delivery USPS digest today and looks like I've got a letter from USCIS inbound. Will post back when it gets delivered. Mail is usually around 3pm for me on a Saturday.

Wow, looks like our field office hasn’t had any movement...

I received my EAD in January so I’m sending my renewal papers in this weekend. Keep us posted for anyone who gets an interview notice or reschedule folks! Wish you all the best of luck.

Zero updates on any of my cases - I-485 still showing "Fingerprint fee received". I-130 and I-765 both still "Case Received" all showing as last updated May 27. Will post details as soon as the mail arrives.

We have filed for AOS (USC marriage) in November.Got EAD in late feb and case is "ready to be scheduled" since Early Feb.No updates....

Got my biometrics appointment today for 8/13, so it seems the DC office is catching up.

I got an SMS saying that my green card interview has been (re)scheduled! I guess I'll get the letter with the date in a few days.

This is great new!!! Thanks for sharing this. Please kindly keep us posted on your interview date. I heard some ppl from other states are receiving interview date around two weeks instead of a month.

Were your first interview scheduled around on March 2020?

mine was on March 31. Cancelled because of pandemic. It’s good to hear some of us getting updates☺️
