Hi All!

I received my first AOS receipt notice (NOA1) on 4/22/19, received date on the document is 4/10/19.

I was hoping to get my biomentrics appointment notice in a few weeks later but I still have not received it after almost 2 months =(

I called up USCIS office to check the status and they did a service request to local USCIS office (which is NYC in my case) but unfortunately

30 days later from the request, I still have not received any notice....

Is there anyone who has been waiting this much just for the biomentrics appointment ?

My processing timeline

4/10  USCIS received my AOS request

4/22  NOA1 by mail

5/13  Called USCIS for biometrics request

6/13 Called USCIS second time for biometrics request

They only schedule appointments a few weeks in advance,  if the ASC is busy,  then it takes longer to get an appointment

YMMV

Thanks for the comment, Payxibka 😀 I really hope to get the notice soon.... I have been trying to tell myself "patience ..patience" but this waiting game is tiring! lol

2 months waiting for biometrics is tiring for you?? I hope you are well aware that up to 24-30 months of wait is next in line for you for your GC.
