Hello.  I made an inquiry about our case out of normal process,  then uscis email me that my case is under review now at an officer but, the address that i fill out in my inquiry does not match on their system?  Though we don't change address . What do we need to do?  Tia.

Your message is quite confusing.  Can you paste what the officer had replied to you word for word (obviously removing personal info)?

You mail your Petition to one of the lockboxes.

 

They sort and send it to the office in question and your answer should be from the local office.

 

Look at your SR number it should have the center at the end , last three letters.
