Our PD is 6/1 we are over 2 months waiting now:( I guess we are in the same boat.

NVC states the same to me. The embassy is who decides! I’ve emailed the embassy and no response. It’s very frustrating.

go and check this forum out. there is a spread sheet over there that everyone is filling out. it goves sort of an idea as to when the NVC gives interviews. you will have to fill out a VJ timeline as well.

I believe that if it is just conversations than translation isn’t required. However I think that maybe the consulate may want to see that you can make your way in USA because most people here are not bilingual in Arabic. So I think that it’s up to you.

The things that are important, civil docs etc.

We we have our interview now. July 24.

Let me know how yours goes!

Good luck with the interview.
Someone mentioned that interview letters are commonly sent between 10th and 20th of every month. Is that when you guys received the letter?
Our CC is  July 11.
PD May 29
I hope my wife can get an interview in August

anyone recently interview at tunis, been waiting since DQ june 8

When my husband and I did it pre covid we waited over 90 days for an interview.  I would expect at least that. However it may be longer seeing the embassy hasn't been working at full capacity due to the virus. I would expect 3-6 months. Sorry for the icky news.
